4.1 Order Process: To place an order, Clients must provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
4.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in Philippine pesos and are subject to change without notice. The total cost of the order will include applicable taxes and fees.
4.3 Payment: Clients must pay for services in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Paypal or GCash.
5.1 Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times for photo and video outputs are provided during the order process. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
5.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for physical media (e.g., printed photos, albums) are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the Client.
All content produced by Nice Print Photo, including but not limited to images, videos, and graphics, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
7.1 Event Cooperation: Clients are responsible for ensuring that event participants cooperate with the Company’s photographers and videographers. The Company is not liable for incomplete coverage or quality issues due to lack of cooperation.
7.2 Permissions Clients must obtain all necessary permissions for the Company to photograph and video the event, including permissions from the event venue and participants.
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
